Water damage · restoration only
Water out. Then dry.
For wet floors, walls, ceilings and belongings, whether or not the leak is fixed. You can ask for restoration on its own. You don’t need a plumber through us.
How drying works
Water damage doesn’t go away on its own, and it isn’t finished when a surface looks dry. Each step is explained before it starts.
01
Assess
Visible damage and measured moisture in floors, walls, ceilings and belongings. When it happened and what’s already been repaired.
02
Remove water
Standing water is extracted before drying equipment goes in.
03
Dry and re-measure
Materials are dried and checked again. Drying time depends on the materials and conditions.
04
Agree repairs
Any restoration work is scoped and authorized with you separately.
Before you call
- Is water still coming in?
- The source needs to be stopped first. If you can safely turn off the water supply, do it now. We can also refer a plumbing partner.
- Is it wastewater?
- Keep people and pets away and avoid touching it. Sewage-affected materials need a qualified assessment; tell us when you call.
- What does a callback commit me to?
- Nothing. A person calls to understand what happened. Any assessment, work or price is agreed with you before it starts.
Request a callback
Tell us the problem, location and callback number. In the live service, a person would confirm the details before discussing the next step.
If anyone is in danger, leave the area and call 911.
