Plumbing problem+ water damage
Slab leaks
A wet floor doesn’t tell you where a leak started. A plumbing partner can check for a leak beneath the slab. Dryfront handles the separate job of assessing and drying wet floors and walls.

Signs of water under the floor
- Damp flooring or water at the base of a wall
- The sound of running water when fixtures are off
- An unexplained change in water use
These clues don’t confirm a slab leak. Tell us what you can see; a plumber has to locate and assess the source.
What we’ll ask
Where is water appearing, when did you notice it, and is it still spreading?
Finding the leak and checking the floor
The source · independent plumbing partner
Ask a plumbing partner about leak detection and the repair options for that location. Access, materials and how far the water has spread affect the work.
The damage · Dryfront restoration
If flooring, walls or belongings are wet, ask for a separate moisture assessment and drying plan. A repaired pipe doesn’t mean the slab or the materials around it are dry.
Leak fixed, but the room is still wet?
Water damage help →A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
Before you make the call.
You don’t have to diagnose the problem. Just tell us what’s happening.
Do I need to know where the pipe is leaking?
No. Tell us where you see water or damage and when you first noticed it. The plumbing partner investigates the source before explaining repair options.
Can I get help with the floor after the pipe is fixed?
Yes. You can ask Dryfront to assess the wet materials separately. Plumbing repair and restoration are separate jobs, with separate scopes and agreements.
